Insurance Coverage

At Minick Orthodontics we accept most insurances and are a preferred provider with several plans. It is our goal to help make your orthodontic experience a pleasant one. With this goal in mind, we try to take the hassle out of insurance by working directly with your insurance provider to help you determine your coverage, file claims and complete required paperwork.

Preferred Provider Plans

Minick Orthodontics is a preferred provider in the following plans:

Delta Dental
MetLife
United Concordia

If your insurance is not listed above, do not let that keep you from scheduling an appointment with Dr. Minick. Minick Orthodontics accepts most insurances, and most dental insurance plans do not distinguish between preferred providers for orthodontic coverage. Our experienced staff will contact your insurance provider to help you determine your coverage and will work with you to set up an interest-free payment plan for any remaining balance not covered by insurance.

To speed the process of determining insurance coverage, please complete the Insurance Information Release Form and bring the completed form with you to your first appointment or mail it to Minick Orthodontics at least one week before your first appointment at 6020 S. Gun Club Rd. Suite E-1, Aurora, CO, 80016.
